Some rare MCR ‘Revenge’ merch has resurfaced l Alternative Press

It seems like 2020 was the year Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge saw a major resurgence. Although My Chemical Romance fans’ love for the classic album has never faltered, the LP’s return to the charts and the highly-sought-after makeup collection this year definitely brought back that 2004 nostalgia we all needed.

Now, it looks like an item from the Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge era has resurfaced and it’s leaving some MCR fans confused. As well, it has re-emerged in a very surprising place.

During the Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge album cycle, the My Chemical Romance members were molded into some collectible toy figures. The figurines feature the band members in the iconic black suits and red ties they wore throughout the era.

For those of you that weren’t able to get your hands on the full collection almost two decades ago, you’re in luck. This week, a rare Revenge toy figure of former drummer Bob Bryar has resurfaced. The sudden listing of the item left quite a few My Chemical Romance fans confused.

The Bob Bryar toy figure is exclusively being sold on Walmart and Target‘s websites through the toy retailer Toynk. The Revenge figurine is priced at $69.99 and comes with a coffin box holder.

However, if you want to get your hands on this rare Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge merch, you better act fast. It appears the Walmart listing only has one toy figure available while Target has a limited quantity.

This MCR toy figure isn’t the only one to emerge recently. Earlier this month, Funko unveiled a new Pop! figure inspired by the iconic The Black Parade artwork. As part of the Pop! Albums collection, the Parade Leader has been transformed into the ultimate My Chemical Romance collectible. The new vinyl figure comes equipped with Pepe’s signature Black Parade uniform, band hat and conductor’s wand.

In other My Chemical Romance news, Frank Iero and Mikey Way recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of MCR’s unforgettable return show.
